Hebba (Mona Zaki), a popular TV host, broadcasts a nightly talk-show on Sun TV. From being banal and anodyne at first, the programs talk more and more about women and end up painting a terrible picture of the female condition in Egypt, against the backdrop of the dissolution of morals and religious obscurantism combined. But this does not please everyone, and in the first place, Hebba’s companion, Karim (Hassan El Raddad). He is the deputy editor of a government-owned newspaper and is aiming for the position of editor-in-chief. But his wife’s broadcasts may deal a fatal blow to this ambition…
