We are pleased to invite you to the round table ‘Mapping Faysal with Sudanese women. A transdisciplinary dialogue on the experiences (and imaginaries) of Sudanese women’.

This conversation is based on a research project supported by CEDEJ Khartoum and the University of Padua (DiSSGeA), following a year of collective mapping with Sudanese women in the Faysal district of Giza.

The round table will explore the experiences and imaginaries of Sudanese women in Cairo, the use of collective and critical methodologies to challenge dominant narratives, the transformation of urban spaces due to migratory movements and the use of creative methods to disseminate research.
