Entitled “Local Neighbors”, the handpicked movies will offer you to focus on often-overlooked members of the community. The films presented offer a diverse range of perspectives, from the underground music scene in Egypt, to Bedouin women and their traditions,  to the lives of street animals and homeless individuals.

Rawy Films is a collective of passionate filmmakers and cinephiles on a mission to cultivate a community around independent SWANA (Southwest Asia and North Africa) films.
