• Registration fees must be paid before the start of the courses.
• Fees are neither refundable nor transferable to another person.
• Any request to postpone a session must be justified and made before the second class.
3. Participation and Attendance
• Required attendance: The student must attend at least 70% of the total course hours to obtain a certificate of completion.
• Mandatory presence at each session: A partial absence from a session is equivalent to a complete absence.
• Camera activation: To ensure an interactive and effective learning environment, camera activation is mandatory during classes.
4. General Rules
• The use of the Microsoft TEAMS platform is mandatory to attend online courses. The learner must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) with no restrictions or blocks related to applications that may interfere with TEAMS.
• In case of technical problems preventing access or proper functioning of the platform, it is recommended to consult an IT professional to resolve any potential difficulties. This will ensure optimal participation in the courses.
• Recording, screenshots, or broadcasting of courses are strictly prohibited.
• Phones must be on silent mode during class.
• The student must have the necessary educational materials (book, digital support, etc.).
