What can you build with vinegar, bicarbonate of soda and oil? A lava lamp! Through a series of surprising experiments, children will learn about the principles of chemistry (density, hydrophobic liquids, chemical reactions, etc.) and then use their new knowledge to build a lava lamp from scratch. As they will be handling liquids, we recommend that they wear clothes that won’t get stained.
