The FEF-OSC program is part of the feminist diplomacy led by France around the world. In Egypt, this diplomacy translates into transformative and partnership-based action in which Egyptian civil society organizations play a key role. The FEF-OSC program will be implemented by the Embassy of France in Egypt to “support projects led by 8 Egyptian civil society actors working directly to support women living in vulnerable situations, especially in the informal and precarious areas of Greater Cairo through mental health and psychosocial support services, legal, education, sexual and reproductive health and economic empowerment services”.
The Embassy of France in Egypt is looking for experienced consultants to promote and document the FEF-OSC programme. Please consult the terms of reference attached.
The assignment is expected to start mid to end of March 2026 and continue until end of November 2027, with flexibility depending on the actual pace and needs of project implementation.
