The Excellence-Major scholarship program<\/h5>\n

The scholarship is restricted to students applying for second year Master\u2019s program with courses in France. It is possible to benefit from the scholarship during an internship if the internship is mandatory and included in the official program of your Master 2.<\/p>\n

The Eiffel Excellence scholarship program<\/h5>\n

Developed by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Eiffel Excellence scholarship program provides education to future foreign decision-makers in the public and private sector every year, in priority areas<\/strong> in science, technology, the humanities and social sciences.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The recipients are endorsed for 12 to 36 months<\/strong> in degree programs at the Master\u2019s and Ph.D. levels<\/strong> in France. Applications are presented only by French higher education establishments.<\/p>\n

Doctoral grants <\/span>program<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

The French Embassy in Egypt offer<\/span>s<\/span> a grants program for short scientific stays in France to the benefit of young Egyptian researchers (doctoral grants) working on their thesis in public and private Egyptian universities. Each grant will be awarded for a maximum duration of 12 months during the three years of the thesis, for 6 months per year at the most. It may <\/span>possibly allow<\/span> the recipients to complete a jointly supervised thesis, that is, enrollment as doctoral students in both Egypt and France <\/span>in order to<\/span> obtain a dual <\/span>Ph.D<\/span> degree. Each grant covers transportation costs, social coverage and living expenses in France.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR RELIGIOUS STUDIES<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n

This program of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) funds short and long scholarships in relevant subjects (history, sociology, philosophy, theology, etc.), with priority given to master’s and doctorate level studies, or bachelor’s level studies depending on the quality of the applications.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The French Embassy in Egypt and the Science and Technology Development Fund (STDF) offer stays in France for a <\/span>maximum<\/span> period of 6 months to post-doctoral Egyptian students. Each grant covers transportation costs, social coverage and living expenses in France. Every year, about twenty applicants can <\/span>benefit<\/span> from this co-financed mechanism.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The French Embassy in Egypt and the Egyptian Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) co-finance the Franco-Egyptian IMHOTEP partnership. This program allows for the financing of Franco-Egyptian teams\u2019 mobility for up to 20,000 euros throughout the two years of the project. Applications must be simultaneously and separately filed by the French researcher at the Campus France\u2019s facility, and by the Egyptian researcher at the ASRT\u2019s facility.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/4″][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Short-term scholarship program \u2013 CAVILAM Training<\/h5>\n

During the summer period, short-term linguistic and methodological scholarships are implemented. They cover the costs of a 2 to 4-week training at the CAVILAM, transportation between Egypt and the CAVILAM, on-site accommodations for the duration of the stay, and visa fees. These scholarships are intended for teachers and FLE instructors in partner schools and centers or doctoral and post-doctoral students in French studies sections in Egyptian public and private universities<\/strong> (Faculties of Education, of Letters, of Languages, of Translation and of Linguistics).<\/p>\n

Short-term scholarship program \u2013 Doctoral or post-doctoral research<\/h5>\n

The French Embassy and French Institute in Egypt support cultural cooperation between France and Egypt, with a priority on young creation.<\/p>\n

The French Institute in Egypt is the cultural operator for French and Francophone culture in Egypt: through its programming and cooperation initiatives, it participates in numerous projects, exchanges, and collaborations across the entire Egyptian territory. For 2025, France reaffirms its commitment to supporting the emerging Egyptian art scene.<\/p>\n

Projects selected within the framework of this unique call will receive support from the SCAC (Cooperation and Cultural Action Service) of the French Embassy in Egypt \/ French Institute of Egypt. This initiative aims to foster new cultural projects.<\/p>\n

In this context, a dedicated fund is available for young operators presenting projects. The aid will not exceed 3000\u20ac and\/or 50% of the total project budget.<\/p>\n

This unique call for projects, designed to support the emerging Egyptian cultural scene, targets projects taking place from March 2025 to the end of 2025 and presenting features that go beyond a one-off operation or production support alone.<\/p>\n
