DESCRIPTION:L’espace-temps déformé : une histoire des mirages gravitationnels\n\nL’effet de lentille gravitationnelle est l’un des rares phénomènes relativistes visibles (presque) à l’œil nu. Par exemple\, la déformation de l’espace-temps produite par des objets situés le long de la ligne de visée peut générer des images multiples des objets d’arrière-plan. Malgré une certaine complexité\, cette optique gravitationnelle est devenue le véritable couteau suisse de l’astrophysique\, permettant de détecter des planètes\, de peser des amas de galaxies ou de découvrir des galaxies et des étoiles très lointaines\, entre autres.\nL’histoire du concept de mirage gravitationnel est un exemple paradigmatique de la science en action : intuitions\, fausses découvertes\, erreurs de calculs\, pionniers méconnus\, querelles de priorité\, premières détections\, controverses et enfin confirmations et applications. \nLa conférence débutera à 19h00 ( portes ouvertes à partir du 18h30) – grand public  (avec interprétation vers l’arabe) \nConférence animée par le Pr. She documented those anecdotes in a playful practice that combines words with drawing. DESCRIPTION:Following on from “Ici le Soudan” in 2023\, the IFE is continuing to support Sudanese initiatives in Egypt. This includes the Sudan International Animation Film Festival\, for which the IFE is offering a platform for visibility.
